DUI Arrests DUI Arrests (Under Age 18)

The rate per 100,000 population for arrests due to driving under the influence (i.e., driving or operating any vehicle or common carrier while drunk or under the influence of liquor or narcotics).

Note: WYSAC calculated the rates per 100,000 population are based on arrest counts provided by the data source and the current population estimates available from the United States Census Bureau. Wyoming transitioned from the summary Uniform Crime Report (UCR) system to National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) in 2021. Some of the data may have changed because of the new system. National data is unavailable for 2021.
