Note: WYSAC calculated the rates per 100,000 population are based on arrest counts provided by the data source and the current population estimates available from the United States Census Bureau. Wyoming transitioned from the summary Uniform Crime Report (UCR) system to National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) in 2021. Some of the data may have changed because of the new system. Drunkenness arrests are not recorded separately in the NIBRS system. Wyoming and national data for this type of arrest is not available since 2020.
